What's the minimum order quantity?
For corporate gifting and tournaments we typically work with orders of 10 or more putters, though we'll happily quote smaller wedding and groomsmen orders (4–12 putters) as well as one-of-one closing gifts.
How fast can you turn around a bulk order?
Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days from approved proof. For tournaments and events with hard dates, we recommend reaching out 4–6 weeks ahead to leave room for design rounds and shipping. Rush production is available — ask us.
Can you engrave a logo on the putter?
Yes. We laser-engrave logos on the head, shaft band, or both. Vector files (.AI, .SVG, .EPS, or high-resolution .PDF) work best. If you only have a raster logo we can usually clean it up for you.
Can each putter in the order be personalized differently?
Absolutely — this is one of the most popular options for groomsmen and corporate gifts. Each putter can carry a unique name, date, or message at no per-unit setup penalty.
Do you offer custom packaging?
Yes. Standard orders ship in a Phoenix-branded headcover and protective box. For premium gifting we can spec custom packaging — branded boxes, signed cards, or co-branded headcovers.
What are payment terms for bulk orders?
For most corporate orders we collect a 50% deposit at proof approval and the balance before shipment. We accept credit card, ACH, and wire transfer. Net-30 is available for established corporate accounts on request.
I need this fast. Can you do rush?
Yes — rush production is available for an upcharge. Tell us your deadline in the inquiry form and we'll let you know what's possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is quoted per order based on destination, weight, and any duties or taxes. Lead time adds 5–10 business days depending on country.
What's your policy on bulk-order returns?
Customized and engraved putters can't be returned for a refund, but every putter is backed by our lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If something arrives wrong, we'll make it right.
