1. Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders are not
shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Custom orders are subject to
change due to graphic and mock up confirmations. Custom order shipping
times vary.
Shipping Rates
& Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order
will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are
as follows:

Shipping: 3-7 business days
Expedited
Shipping: 2-5 business days
Overnight
Shipping: 1-2 business days
Shipment
Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment

satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. The following terms and
conditions constitute our Return Policy:
1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Non-returnable Items
Custom Goods: Please note that any custom-made products are not eligible for returns due to their bespoke nature. However, if your custom product has defects or issues, we will offer a replacement. Contact us with details of the product and the defect.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at info@phoenixputterco.com with your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
